How long does it take employees to complete?

Under 5 minutes. The calculator asks about working pattern, home energy setup, and commute. No technical knowledge required.

Can I use this for CSRD reporting?

Yes. Aligned with ESRS E1 under CSRD and GHG Protocol Scope 3 Category 7. Full methodology documentation included with every plan.

Do employees need to log in?

No. Employees access the calculator via a unique URL — no account or login required. They enter their email to receive their personal report.

Can managers see individual results?

No. Managers only see anonymised group data. Individual carbon footprints are never visible to employers — only to the employee themselves.

How is the data verified?

Using emissions factors from UK DESNZ, US EPA eGRID, and Ember Climate (CC BY 4.0). Full methodology documentation included. Third party assurance supported.

What is the Engagement Certificate?

A formal PDF certificate for each closed cycle with EcoVadis relevance and UN SDG references. Verifiable via a public URL — useful for tenders and ESG questionnaires.
